This position is an on-site position, M-F 8am-5pm. 

SUMMARY

Switch is a rapidly growing company and our sales team is fueling our growth!

As a Territory Sales Rep, you will be responsible for expanding our business primarily through the acquisition of new clients by implementing the full sales cycle, including: prospecting, making contact, qualifying prospects, nurturing prospects, making offers, and closing sales. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that thrive on competition, meeting new people, and building rapport with prospects and customers. Must present well, be well-spoken, and know how to work your way through an organization to get to the decision maker. The most successful people in this role will be tenacious, confident, customer focused, possessing pride in personal performance with a need-to-win mentality. 

Our sales reps are compensated through both base salary and a generous commission plan. If you exceed your target there is no cap on how much you can earn - successful people in this role can easily earn $100,000+ in their first year!

And Switch provides above industry pay (3x daily) for RNs, LPNs, CNAs and MAs. 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting long-term care facilities, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities using staffing agencies
  • Develop relationships with key contacts at healthcare facilities and corporate groups
  • Prosper relationship with internal recruitment team to maximize shift coverage in your area
  • Build strong relationships with local providers to ensure brand loyalty in your territory
  • Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answer potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts for smaller prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and meet their staffing needs and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
  • Researching competitors’ products and pricing, as well as market share and market trends
  • Maintain active CRM in HubSpot with contact information, pipeline development, and deal flow
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Strong experience with the skilled nursing/senior care industry 
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas
  • Proven inside sales experience with high call volume track record
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong ability to influence key decision makers and stakeholders

 

BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare staffing industry and staffing services
  • Experience with Conversational Sales Strategies
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing and Account-Based Experience
  • Experience with B2B selling


COMPENSATION

  • Salary: $50,000-$60,000 base plus commission 
  • Job Status: Full-time Salaried
